Old Tucson started in the 1930s as a renowned filming location for hundreds of Western films and TV shows featuring stars such as John Wayne, James Stewart, Paul Newman, Jean Arther, Frank Sinatra, Clint Eastwood, and Ronald Reagan. As the popularity of Old Tucson Movie Studio grew, it included an event center and theme park.


Visiting Old Tucson brings Calamity Jane, Billy the Kid, Wild Bill Hickock, and Jesse James to life through a Western immersive experience. Visitors enjoy shows like the musical "The Ballad of Bonney Will," Death-defying Stunt Show Demonstrations, High Noon Staged Gunfight, a reenactment of Jessie James's Jailbreak, Wild Bill's Elixir Show, and more. Restaurants, shops, old-fashioned games, a blacksmith, a vintage carousel, a mini train ride, the Iron Door Mine, and a petting zoo.


Location: Nestled within the beautiful Saguaro National Park and Tucson Mountain Park.
